Den Hartog Bouwmaterieel is actively looking for companies or business activities to take over in Belgium or the Netherlands. We are
particularly interested in companies active as importers or dealers of construction, infra or related equipment, including sales, rental,
service and maintenance.
We would like to get in touch with entrepreneurs who:

• are importer or (exclusive) dealer for the Benelux or an important part thereof
• want to sell, transfer or phase out their business
• do not have a direct successor or are looking for strategic reinforcement
• value continuity, expertise and retention of relationships
